Canceling or Rescheduling your appointment

You may cancel or reschedule up until the time of your appointment. We appreciate as much notice as possible. Please call, text, or email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No-Shows

If you fail to show up for your appointment, we will wait for up to 20 minutes before considering your appointment a no-show. If you are late, or unable to make your scheduled appointment time without notice, you will need to pay a $20 reschedule fee to make a new appointment for the same service type. Please call us before your appointment time if you need to reschedule, or are running late.

Refunds

If you choose to cancel your appointment prior to your appointment time, please note that the Stripe merchant fee of 2.9% + .30 is non-refundable.
If you were a no-show for your appointment, your are not entitled to a refund. You may reschedule for the $20 reschedule fee as mentioned above.

  • CRD Number (For FINRA Level II Background Checks)

  • Reason For Fingerprinting

We utilize state-of-the-art Live-scan technology to digitally capture your fingerprints. Digital capture is more accurate, resulting in a lower rejection rate. We offer ink fingerprinting services on FD-258 and SF-87 cards by printing them from a live scan capture device, either in-office or mobile, for your convenience.
